The Art of the 48-Hour Cookie
We don’t rush perfection. Every batch of our signature dough is matured for 48 hours to develop a deep, emulsified flavor profile that cannot be found elsewhere.

This is our latest study of leaf and fruit. We hand-roll every single piece and let the dough rest for a full 48 hours—it’s a slow process, but it’s the only way to get that specific, refined texture we’re after.

(Brown Butter Cookie) 80g
The "Timeless" foundation. It’s the gold standard of what a cookie should be—salty, sweet, and nutty.

(Ceremonial Matcha Cookie) 80g
A heavy 80g of earthy Croft matcha dough wrapped around a molten strawberry cheesecake core.
(Mango Bravo-Inspired Cookie) 80g
We’ve paired sweet mango and creamy white chocolate with toasted cashews for a bit of crunch.
