Giving our dough two full days to rest is a non-negotiable step. It’s during this cold-cure that the Lurpak butter and sugars truly develop. The flavors deepen into something more complex, the texture settles, and you get that toasted, caramel-like finish that only comes with patience.

That meant slowing everything down. We moved away from the mass-produced mindset to focus on what actually changes the flavor—like giving our dough a full 48-hour rest for that perfect crumb. How do we work?
Our Freshness Timeline To maintain small-batch quality, we observe a strict 11:00 AM daily cut-off.
The Process: Once ordered, your dough begins a 48-hour maturation cycle to develop its signature depth.
Dispatch: Orders are ready for pickup or shipping at 1:00 PM, exactly two days after your order date.
How should I store and reheat my cookies?
Keep them in an airtight container at room temp for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. For that "fresh from the studio" experience:
Microwave: 10–15 seconds for a molten center.
Oven / Airfryer: 3–5 minutes at 180°C.
