Welcome to The Solstice Curation—Inspired by quiet departures, open roads, and the slower rhythm of June, this curation is crafted for your weekend escapes—or the quiet afternoons in between. We wanted to bake something substantial and intentional, meant to be packed into bags, shared over a dashboard, or unwrapped at a scenic lookout.
This month features two companion profiles: Dark Toffee, a deep espresso dough layered with house-made toffee shards, and Graham Ember, a nostalgic blend of toasted graham crumble, dark chocolate, and a dense marshmallow center.
The Graham Ember
Our signature matured dough is integrated with a finely milled, golden-brown graham cracker crumble. Built with a rich dark chocolate blend, a dense marshmallow center, and finished with a topping of smoked sea salt flakes.

The Dark Toffee
Our signature 48-hour-matured dough is deeply infused with espresso powder and finished with a brittle, house-made toffee shard. Topped with sea salt flakes to perfectly bridge the intense sweetness directly into your specialty coffee ritual.

The Signature
