This isn’t just a brownie. It’s a high-concentration slab engineered for the discerning palate. In our Makati studio, every batch follows a strict 48-hour maturation cycle. We don't rush the process—this time allows the premium cocoa and brown butter to fully emulsify, creating a dense, silk-like texture you won’t find in standard bakes.

The Midnight Classic

A hyper-dense, fudgy slab defined by a high-concentration 30% blend of premium dark chocolate callets and Dutch-processed cocoa.

Dark Chocolate, Dutch-Processed Cocoa, Butter, Flour, Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Sea Salt.

The Midnight Malt

A nostalgic tribute to the classic malted milk. We’ve topped our signature Midnight brownie base with a matured malted cookie dough.

Malted Powder, Maltesers, Dark Chocolate, Butter, Flour, Sugar, Eggs, and Salt.

The Biscoff Blondie

Where our signature blondie meets the world of speculoos. This slab features a velvety brown butter base topped with a dedicated 30g scoop of matured Biscoff cookie dough.
